Quality Control & Finishing

Each sewing line has its own Q.C department, constantly checking the sewing quality, size specifications, fabric quality and accessories, establishing an average A.Q. L. of 2.5. Our quality assurance teams supervise the lines, starting with fabric checking upon arrival from the mill, each roll is checked 100%. After that they perform start-up, day to day in-line and final inspections. Ironing and packing is done by using fully automated steam suction ironing tables, enabling perfect ironing and avoiding residual moisture in the garments. During the packing a final Q.C. is performed after which the garments are packed in 5-ply export cartons guaranteeing a safe transport to destination.
